Just an extra step of space in each direction turns a shower from cramped to huge.
The devil is in the details, or at least temptation is. You can spoil yourself and win over potential buyers by putting tiling on the walls as well. Add some fancy faucet handles, or dual shower heads, or even a little decoration like a shape in ceramic on the sides and you’ll be all set to go. You’ve created a shower that you’ll literally want to spend more time in, and when the day comes that you need to win someone else over on the house, it will be easier to do so than you may believe.
